Jammu girl, who lost mother during exams, passes with flying colours

Jammu: Anushka Sharma hailing from Jammu scored 89.2% in her 12th class board examinations. what is extraordinary is the circumstances in which she scored these marks.

“First it was okay but during exams my mother passed away then I was not able to concentrate on my studies”, Anushka told media.

“There was a lot of stress I was doing house work and was also studying” , she said emotionally.

“She had brain hemorrhage”, she added.

“I’m glad and sad also because she got good marks. It was a moment of happiness for us we didn’t know that she will get such marks”, Girl’s  father said.

“She couldn’t study well as she had to look after our work and her brother also, but still she got good marks”, he added.

“I’m preparing for NEET exam but I used to get little time for my studies as I also had to do daily chores”, Anushka apprised.

“Our mother would be happy seeing my success”, she said.

“My mother told me to become a doctor and to prepare for NEET exam after passing 12th class”, she asserted.
