Robbers arrested for looting shopkeeper in Jammu, arms recovered

Jammu: In a gunpoint robbery, two unidentified masked men have been arrested by Joint efforts of Hiranagar, Rajbagh and Kathua police, who looted lakhs from a showroom owner in Chadwal area of Kathua yesterday.
According to the report, the incident took place in Krishna showroom in Chadwal when two masked men barged into the showroom and looted the owner of lakhs at gun point and fled away from the crime scene.

The SSP Kathua in a press conference apprised about the robbers arrest in a press conference.

The arrested robbers have been identified as Prince Kapoor s/o Bharat Bhushan r/o Ward No.7 Samba, who have many cases of robbery registered against him in Nagrota, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab, the second is Rakesh Kumar s/o Prem Chand r/o Pouni Tehsil of Reasi.
The police have recovered 2 pistols, 4 magazines, live rounds, one-sharp edge weapon (Toka), 40K cash and 5 mobile phones from the robbers possession.
