             Locals catch Woman thief red-handed in Jammu
Jammu: A woman thief was caught red-handed by locals in Vijaypur market of Samba, when she was allegedly trying to steal a purse from a woman in the crowded market there yesterday.
The report said that the incident took place when a woman thief allegedly sneaked behind a woman taking benefit of the crowd in the Vijaypur market and burgling her purse, but she was stopped and caught by the locals, when the victim raised the alarm.

Later, the locals called the Vijaypur police on the crime scene and got the woman burglar apprehended.

The police took the woman thief to the police station and questioned her.
