J&K: Man arrested for raping a woman
In a shocking incident, Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested a Sarpanch from Kashmir’s Baramulla district for allegedly raping a woman.
As per sources, the matter came to light when the victim complained the police and acting on her complaint the police apprehended the accused.

The accused has been identified as Ali Mohd Dar s/o Ab Ahad Dar r/o Rawoocha Rafiabad.
A case under FIR no 26/ 2023 under section 376, 506,109 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered in a local police station Dangiwacha in Baramulla.
