       Vehicle falls into ditch in Jammu, locals allege JMC’s negligence

Jammu: A Tempo on Saturday fell into a deep open ditch in Yard No.6 of Narwal area of Jammu, while the driver of the vehicle escaped with zero injures.
According to the report, the incident happened when a tempo which was going for repair works in Yard No.6 of Narwal fell into a deep open ditch, while its operator escaped when the tempo was drowning in the ditch there.

The ditch had been left uncovered and intermittent rainfall had filled it with water, which is risking the life of locals who are plying from there, the report said.

Later, the tempo was pulled out with the help of JCB from the ditch, the report added.
Earlier in Kachi Chawni’s JDA parking a huge tree fell on the vehicles parked there injuring a woman and damaging several cars all due to negligence of JMC, the report further said.
