Dozens injured in Road accident in Jammu

Jammu: Several Vaishno Devi shrine pilgrims  sustained injuries in a matador accident on Narwal road in Jammu this afternoon.

According to report, The accident took place on Narwal road  when a matador bearing registration number JK02AR8561 turned turtle when its breaks failed and injured approximately dozen passengers, who were going to railway station after paying obeisance to Vaishno Devi Temple in Katra.

“The vehicle was coming from Katra and was heading towards railway station and overturned here”, A bus driver said.

“We just arrived here we don’t know what happened. The passengers have suffered minor wounds”, he added.

“The vehicle’s brake failed due to which matador turned turtle”, he further said.

All the passengers which were travelling in this matador are out of danger now.
