Thieves looted vehicle in Jammu
Jammu: A thief allegedly damaged an auto parked near the Kali Mata Temple in Bahu Fort area of Jammu and stole its music system yesterday.
As per report, The matter came to light when the auto’s owner saw his auto in the morning in damaged condition and found music system and other things missing.

Talking to media, Mr Atish, an auto driver, said, “I parked my auto at 10:30pm in the night and I was here in the parking till 11pm”.

“But when I came back at 7am in the morning, my music system was missing & my auto seats were torn and its backside broken”, he said.
“When I apprised the incident to our president he told me that we will register a complaint at police station, but I thought of calling the media first”, he added.
“It should not happen and the thieves are not afraid, when Navratri comes several policemen are deployed here, but still burglaries are taking place”, another Auto driver said.
“What’s the use of police posse then”, he added.
“CCTV’s camera are also installed here but we not aware of their position”, he said.
“It’s unfortunate that burglaries are taking place here in police presence and I think in police absence they might also abduct us”, one of the auto driver said.
“The burglars have stolen my speaker, ripped seats I have suffered Rs 12000 loss”, the victim auto driver said.
