Meet Jammu’s daughter who become JEE Main 2023 Topper

Jammu: Â Jammu girl, Hiya Jandyal has brought delights for all J&K by becoming topper in JEE (Main) – phase I, with a 100 percentile.
Hiya’s father works in J&K bank and currently posted in Kotranka (Rajouri), while her mother is a govt teacher in Chadwal area of Kathua, Jammu.

In a conversation with JK Media, Hiya, said,” Since last two years Puneet and Thakur sir have been teaching & preparing me for this exam”,

“Both of them taught me Chemistry and Physics very well. During my 11th they taught me virtually and in 12th they took off-line classes and solved all my doubts”, Hiya said.
“In the ending months of my 12th I took help of Priyanshu sir in Maths, who was always available to clear my queries and yes my mother also helped upto some extent”, Hiya added.
Mrs Suman Gupta, Hiya’s mother, said, “We are so glad and we didn’t expect that much success and when girls emerge achievers and make progress it feels so good”.
“Its been two years since we are with this institution and what to say about the teachers they are so diligent and then we also met with Priyanshu sir”,
“Whenever we called the teachers they never said no even in odd hours, they stood by with their students”, she added.
“When the JEE exam was near and students were studying in their homes even at that time all the teachers use to call the students asking if they require any help”, she said.
“All the teachers cooperated with us in studies till the very end”, she asserted.
“Hiya is a decent girl and she is excellent in studies since the beginning”, Hiya’s mother remarked.
“Our students are dear to us whether they got selected in JEE or not, if one of them clears it that is utmost happiness for us”, Mr Puneet Mishra hiya’s teacher said.
“Our hard work reflects in our students selection and her result has made us so glad”, he said.
“The preparation of IT exams is very tough and in J&K where there is less awareness her result is all time highest and we are so glad that our student has become topper”, he added.
“There are four of our students who got above 99 percentile and they are Satvik Bhat and Tejas Singh, Suvansh Sharma”, Mr Puneet said.
“We have seen that girls mostly opt for medical stream and there are very less students who choose Maths”, another Hiya’s teacher said.
“I want to say that constant practice and our efforts has helped Hiya in becoming a topper”, he added.
“I want to advise all those who are preparing for JEE advance or mains they should be patient and should solve previous years papers”, he said.
“My advise will really help them to get 100 percent percentile”, he remarked.
“One should have trust and confidence in oneself and we should not worry about results as what we learn in our journey that matters”, Hiya said.
