CCTV footage of a chain snatching incident from Nirmala Apartment in Thane was shared on social media.
In the video, it can be seen that a man wearing a mask waits outside a lift where an elderly woman was standing.
As soon as the lift door opens, the man pulls the chain off the woman’s neck and runs away.
