A woman has given birth to a overweight baby boy weighing 5.6kg.
Dr. Yashika SR Gynaecology of AH GMC Doda said that it is the heaviest child ever born in the Doda and possibly in entire U.T. J&K.
Saristha Devi , w/o Lek Raj. gave birth by a Caesarean section to this baby at Associated Hospital of GMC Doda.
Dr. Yashika, who Handled this case told that the mother of the child was having a high blood pressure and thankfully both the mother and child are doing well. The mother told that it was possible with the efforts of the doctors and staff of the hospital that both of them are safe.
The family as well as Dr. yashika was very happy at this moment.
