       Locals and Police catches thief after hot chase in Jammu
Jammu: High drama prevailed at Bishnah on yesterday after an alleged thief caught by the locals & police, who committed theft at Ward no’9 in an army man’s house, stealing lakhs.
As per report, a thief after committing burglary ran away and the locals of Bishnah along with police started chasing him and finally nabbed him in the fields there.

However, the locals including Bishnah police were hell-bent on catching him. The villagers then ventured into the fields and finally found their ‘prized catch’.

The Bishnah police drove around three kilometers to apprehend the burglar, the report said.
He was later handed over to the Bishnah police, who took him to the police station from the spot of incident and are investigating the matter.
