Big Update for Two-wheelers of Jammu region
Samba: The District administration Samba on Wednesday issued an order to ensure that the ‘No Helmet No Petrol’ order should be strictly implemented by the petrol pump owners in Samba.
As per report, The district administration Samba held a meeting with all the petrol pump owners/managers in Samba that they have to install CCTV cameras at their fuel stations and they will strictly deny fuel to those bikers who will come at their petrol stations without helmets.

The police was also seen implementing this order in the city to ensure that the ‘No Helmet No Petrol order’ should be strictly implemented by the petrol pump owners, the report said.

Several bikers who came without helmets to the petrol in Samba were denied petrol for their vehicles by the petrol pump staff.
“We are denying fuel to riders without helmet and the people are complying with us” Sheraz a petrol pump staff said.
“If the petrol pump owners were found selling fuel to those bikers who don’t wear helmets, they will be booked under Section 144 of the IPC”, the report said.
