DC issues advisory for shop Owners, Check Here

The District Magistrate of Doda has issued an order mandating the installation of CCTV cameras in all shops, establishments, restaurants, hotels, garages, and scrap dealers on National Highway, as well as in main markets and other important roads within the jurisdiction of the district.

Owners have been given 15 days to comply with the order, failure to do so will be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The Senior Superintendent of Police has been tasked with ensuring the implementation of this order.

As per report, this order will soon be implemented in other districts of J&K keeping in mind the security measures of the region.
