Rajouri, December 22, 2022: The Family members of the two deceased in Rajouri firing incident on Thursday demanded a thorough probe and justice from the local administration for their wards, who were killed at the Alpha Gate of an army camp in Rajouri near the Poonch-Rajouri highway few days ago, which evoked widespread condemnation from different sections of the society across J&K.
Speaking to the media, Danish, a child of one of the victims said that he was lying in his bed, when the news came that his father has been killed in the firing incident which happened near Alpha Gate in Rajouri, Jammu.

“We want a fair and thorough investigation into my father’s murder from the government. All my family members were in our house, when the incident took place. I want a good job for my self in future to support my family”, Danish said.
Mr Shambunath another relative of a victim said that the widows of the deceaseds cannot support their family alone and the local administration should provide them jobs and free education for kids, which the govt has promised them. He further said that they want a fair probe into the killings of their family member from the present regime and the accused should be apprehended.
Kamal Kumar and Surinder Kumar, both residents of Pahlyana, were killed and another person, Anil Kumar of Uttarakhand was injured in a firing incident outside the Army camp near its Alpha gate in Rajouri town on 16th of December.
