The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Saturday carried out raids at 12 locations in Srinagar and other districts of the Kashmir valley.
Quoting official sources, a news agency reported that the raids were carried out in Srinagar, Baramulla, Budgam, Kupwara and Bandipora districts.
