Jammu, December 1, 2022: In a freak incident, a kid was robbed of rupees 10,000 by local goons at knifepoint in his shop at Rehari colony in Jammu, yesterday.
The audacious event took place when the father of child kept him in their shop to attend it in his absence, when some thugs appeared there pretending to buy something robbed the child by holding their sharp weapon on kid’s stomach, as per the report.

The victim’s father said that yesterday in the afternoon he told his kid to attend their shop as he had to take his ailing wife to doctor and after sometime in his absence, two thugs came in his shop on pretext of buying something.
“They asked something and when my kid was about to give them their order, the burglar started stealing some cash from shop’s counter and when my kid screamed at him as what he is doing, the goon took out his weapon and told my child to keep quiet or else I will stab you. I will say it is an attempt to murder. They were under the influence of drugs. We have never seen such thing happening here in Jammu. They have stolen around 10,000 of cash from my shop”, kid’s father alleged.
He added that they have filed an FIR against the accused in local police station and have identified the robber, who is still absconding.
