“Two months ago I registered this scooty in my name and from last two months I have got six e-challans from traffic police for violations. There are hundreds of vehicles which use to be park from DC office to Vivekanand chowk here, but the traffic police only fined me. I was not aware of these challans as I’m an illiterate person and my child informed me about them”, Riyaz said.

Speaking to the media his mother said that she owns 14-15 vehicles which they park on their guest house establishment and one of the vehicle belonged to her son which got challan.

“All these vehicles which are park here belongs to us and  the local SSP sir knows it. I appeal to SSP and SHO sir to advise the traffic cops to work properly otherwise I warn that we will organise massive protests here”, Riyaz mother said.

Mr Riyaz further said that yesterday a local man who has animosity with him came and took pictures of his parked vehicle and sent them to traffic police. After which they have been sending fines to him.
