The Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (TADA) court in Jammu today issued a production warrant against Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chief Muhammad Yasin Malik, directing the Tihar jail authorities to produce him physically before it on the next date of hearing in connection with the murder of four Indian Air Force officers. On 25 January 1990, Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna and three other IAF personnel achieved martyrdom, when they were allegedly attacked by Malik and his other accomplices at Srinagar’s Rawalpora
As per the report, CBI counsel in the case, advocate Monika Kohli said the TADA court has issued a production warrant against Malik and directed the Tihar jail authorities to produce him before it the next date of the hearing.
The next date of hearing is scheduled on 22nd December.
