Jammu, November 22: A child was crushed to death while another one with him, who was driving the bullet motorcycle bearing registration number JK08H9253 injured after a speeding truck hit them on Jammu-Pathankot National highway near Kalibari in Kathua, Jammu on Tuesday.
The slain child has been identified as Ghazal Sharma daughter of Pankaj Sharma resident of Hamirpur village, Khour in Jammu, who was studying in fifth standard.

As per the report, the accident took place when a speeding truck hit the bike on national highway killing Ghazal on the spot, while left her relative injured. The truck operator managed to flee from the spot.
Both the victims were rushed to GMC Kathua for the treatment with the help of local residents and police.
The victims body has been sent to mortuary and will be handed over to her family after legal formalities.
