Jammu, October 23, 2022: Police on Sunday detained a man after receiving information through a reliable source that one person namely Sushil Kumar son of Yashpal resident of village Darsopur, Ranbir Singh Pura, Jammu is selling LPG Cylinders to the locals of his village without permission from competent authorities on higher rates and is also indulge in illegal refilling of cylinders.
According to the report, acting on this information police registered an FIR under Essential Commodity Act against the accused in Miran Sahib police station.

An investigation was conducted by the Police posse of Miran sahib police station which was led by SHO Miran Sahib Zaheer Mushtaq under the supervision of SDPO Surinder Singh, Ramnish Gupta who raided the spot and arrested one person namely Sushil Kumar from R S Pura, Jammu in which they recovered the various equipment’s from the accused, which he was using to fill the commercial cylinders.
Further investigation is going on.
