Jammu, October 16, 2022: Acting tough against the bovine smugglers and to curb the bovine smuggling menace the Rajbagh area police of Kathua, Jammu on Sunday foiled a major bovine smuggling bid with seizure of two vehicles, besides rescuing thirty one animals.
As per the report, the local police acting on the specific inputs regarding transportation of bovine animals, intercepted two trucks and recovered 31 animals from it.

According to the report, thirteen animals were recovered from first truck bearing registration number ‘JK02A5369’ and from another truck (JK03F472) 18 animals were recovered by the police.
