A 25-year-old man, Cipson Gomes, has been arrested for allegedly climbing on a building using pipes and recording a video of a girl while she was taking bath in Goa.
Reports said that the video was taken when the girl was taking a bath in the washroom of a girls’ hostel, reports added.
