He further said that the Prime Minister Modi and LG Manoj Sinha of J&K UT together should draft a transfer policy for ‘All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees’ so that they can work safely here in Jammu without any predicament.

“It’s been 130 days since they are on agitation, but local administration is not paying any heed to them. There is provision in every  govt department which transfer employees after two years, but for the people of Jammu there is no such law and this is utter injustice. The locals there in Kashmir have told them to not come there, what they do then” he added.

Continuing he said that “a pen cannot stand against gun carrying terrorists in Kashmir” means an unarmed employee cannot fight the terrorists there and the govt should take cognizance of this matter and immediately should  shift all employees to Jammu.

“They are going there to crave the future of their kids in Kashmir and in return they are killing them”, he said.
