“He has changedĀ the locations of the CCTV cameras which are installed here inside the temple, but his face has been captured in its footage. The temple’s priest has informed us that from past some months the donation box has not been opened and which has increased the chances that he ran away with large sum of money” he added.
He further added that the robberies won’t stop here in Kathua unless the locals don’t take initiative themselves in informing the local police whenever they suspect someoneĀ carrying out drug smuggling as these two things are inter-related.
“They are mainly drug addicts who are carrying the thefts here and police will not be successful in arresting them if we don’t help them”, he said.
