Jammu, 26 Sept,22: A married woman namely Preeti (22) resident of Tanda village, RS Pura, Jammu found mysteriously dead at her residence on Monday.
As per the report, she was found dead in her room late in the evening.
Mr Raman Kumar husband of the deceased said that he was at work when he received call from his daughter who informed him that something has happened with his wife, which left him baffled as just in the morning he happily bid good bye to his wife.
“Worriedly I called my sister-in-law and told her to visit my house to check over her sister as I was far away from my home, then I called my brother who informed me that my wife is lying unconscious and is no more”, he said.
Deceased’s Aunt allegedly told the media that her niece was a victim of domestic violence as deceased’s mother-in-law used to pester her. She further said that both her brother-in-laws were wife beaters cause of which Preeti’s mother in-law intentionally use to bother her.
Sister of the deceased woman told the media her niece called her yesterday and requested her to come to their home soon as their mother has become unresponsive. She added that she thought that the kids might be pranking, but when the kids video called her she saw that her sister’s mother-in-law and brother was pulling Preeti’s neck upwards with a scarf.
“We only want justice for our sister and nothing else, we really hope no ones daughter suffer as my sister”, she said.
