Jammu, 24 Sept, 22 The Jammu city is going to get its New Mayor and Deputy Mayor as the election for the same is coming near.
Three new renowned figures of the Jammu city namely Baldev Singh Baloria, Lucky Puri, Parmod Kapahi has been nominated for the post of the Mayor ,who are appearing as front runners, as per the post.

While, for the post of Deputy Mayor for Jammu the suggested respected nominees are Rajender Sharma, Suneet Raina, Dinesh Gupta which will compete for the same.
Now, the protagonists here are the local residents as they can suggested, who they want to see as Mayor/Deputy Mayor of the city.
These mentioned positions are crucial for the development of the wards as there are places where street lights are not working properly cause of which local people feel unsafe to walk in the night and there are also many LED street and highway lights in Jammu, which are not functioning properly due to which many road accidents occur, the report said.
