J&K, 21 Sept, 22: The TADA court Jammu on Wednesday has issued orders to Tihar Jail officials to produce Yasin Malik here on 20th of next month before the court again for the cross-examination in 1989 Kidnapping case of Rubaiya Sayeed.
“Yasin Malik will be called again for his cross-examination on October 20th. Court has ordered production warrants to Tihar jail for Yasin Malik. He’ll be physically present for the hearing, as per his demands” ,CBI lawyer Monika Kohli told the media today.
She further said that (PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti’s sister) was presented today at TADA court, Jammu whose cross-examination has been done along with rest of accused today at the TADA court in Jammu, while only Yasin Malik’s (chief of banned J&K Liberation Front) cross-examination is left.
