Jammu, 6 Sept: A road mishap has occurred near Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu.
The incident occurred when a drunk man plunged his speeding swift car bearing registration no’ JK02CB6565 into the canal situated in Trikuta Nagar, when he was not able to take a sharp turn on the Channi-railway road in the mentioned area.

As per the report, at around 11:45pm late night the drunk person lost his control over his car and plunged into the canal, but when the locals saw his half drowned car in the canal, they dived into it and rescued him.
It has been reported that the driver has not sustained grave injuries in this accident.
