J&K , 11 August :Three soldiers of the Indian have been martyred in the Parghal area of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Defence sources said, “Terrorists tried to cross the fence of the army camp at Pargal near Budh Kanadi in the Darhal area of Rajouri district early today morning.”
“Sentry on guard duty challenged the intruders and an exchange of fire took place.”
“Two intruding terrorists have been killed. Three army soldiers also lost their lives in the line of duty during this operation.”
Subedar Rajendra Prasad, Rifleman Manoj Kumar & Rifleman Lakshmanan D succumbed to their injuries making the supreme sacrifice while neutralising 2 terrorists on a suicide attack in Rajouri during an operation.
Additional troops have been deployed to search the area.
