J&K BJP president Ravinder Raina in an exclusive interview with JK Media strongly denounced the controversial statement given by NC leader Farooq Abdullah on Tiranga in Kashmir almost a week ago.

Raina said that the Indian National Flag is a symbol of national pride for the entire nation and to further honor the national flag, the program of ‘Har Ghar Tiranga has been planned. He said , ” The central government will soon launch a nationwide campaign “Har Ghar Tiranga” to inspire countrymen to hoist the national flag at their homes to mark the 75th Independence Day.

He added that we give a slogan of ” Har dil mai tiranga , har haath mai tiranga , har ghar mai tiranga “.
Launching a scathing attack on NC and PDP leaders, Raina said that they have betrayed the people the people of J&K in all these years . As they are continuously engaged in making scandalous statements against India. ” But this is no longer the same J&K , the time has changed and now each and every house in J&K will be seen hoisting the national flag on August 15 to mark the 75th Independence Day .
The initiative has been taken under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, for which the Ministry of Culture is the nodal ministry.
He further said that the people of J&K should give a chance to BJP this time in the much awaited Assembly elections in the UT .
Also we are confident to secure more than 50 seats and a complete wipeout of other regional parties is inevitable.
