At a time when the tragic incident near the Amarnath cave took away several lives and pilgrims are struggling to find a respite, a man from Jammu who runs a Hotel named ” Hotel Red Rose” is offering free of cost accomodation to the stranded pilgrims . The hotel is located near Narwal Chowk at National Highway.

Manik Gupta ( the hotel owner ) said , ” We have an accommodation facility to accomodate more than 40 pilgrims. Along with that we are offering free of cost food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) to the people approaching us .These stays will be free for the stranded Amarnath pilgrims who cannot pay for them, and the costs will be borne by the hotel. I request to all those who are stuck and unable to find a lodging to kindly visit my hotel without any second thought. It is near the National Highway hence the pilgrims won’t find any difficulty to reach here. They can stay here till the time yatra resumes as per the further orders “.
