The Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Department Friday announced a summer break of nine days for all government degree colleges of Kashmir division and summer zones of Jammu division from July-09.
Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Rohit Kansal said that the government degree colleges in the region shall observe the summer vacations for nine days including the commencement and culmination date.
In an order, Kansal said, “ All government degree colleges of Kashmir division and winter zone government degree colleges of Jammu division shall observe summer vacations with effect from July-09 to July-17.”
