Residents of Ramgarh town in Samba district staged a protest against the PDD department as the electricity remains suspended in the region for a long time.

Some of the protestors said that they only get power supply for three hours in a day and it’s been nearly two months since they are getting irregular electricity .
Moreover , people said that it’s unfair to pay high electricity bills when there are unprecedented power crisis .
Power outage is also leading to water crisis. Fifteen days have passed but till now there is no water supply in the region. Agriculture is primarily getting affected with this situation on the ground.
The protestors have warned that if their demands will go unheard they will intensify their protest which can even lead to blocking the national highway.
