Jammu Kashmir police on Monday arrested two persons and recovered 7 stolen cycles.
According to the police, Drug addicts are now resorting to stealing things like Cycles. Seven stolen cycles recovered from two thieves who are also drug addicts. Case registered and accused arrested, Both are residents of Natipura, Srinagar
