A new case of snatching has appeared in which a man has snatched a purse from woman at Bari Brahmana in Jammu, today.

The incident took place when the woman went for the shopping at a market near Bari Brahmana. Then a motor-cycle borne masked man came and snatched the woman’s belongings and fled from the spot.
Speaking to the media the woman allegedly said, “I was going for the shopping when in the middle of the market a masked man came on the bike and snatched away my purse, phone and some other articles which has worth of approximately 40,000 and rode away”.
“I kept screaming for help from the by-standers but no one came forward to help me”, she further added.
Every day the incidents of snatching are increasing in the Jammu city and it is a request to the local Station House Officer (SHO) Rakesh Sharma of the bari brahmana area to save the local people of Jammu from the terror of these thieves.
