Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh has ordered promotion of 226 police personnel.
As per official spokesman, ADGP Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh today issued promotion order of 216 Selection Grade Constables (SgCts) as Head-Constables, 3 HCs as ASI and 5 Cts as SgCts. He also granted in-situ promotion to 1 HC and 1 follower besides bringing 307 SgCts on promotion list-“C-II” who will be promoted after passing of requisite pre-promotion course.
This is the 10th DPC under the chairmanship of ADGP Jammu, wherein 4883 officials in different ranks have already been promoted.
While congratulating the promoted police personnel and their families, ADGP Jammu Zone lauded the efforts of these police personnel in earning their due promotion well in time and further expressed hope that they shall rededicate themselves towards their work even with more zeal and enthusiasm to make the department feel proud.
