A new cyber fraud has been detected that makes victim’s agree to their terms and conditions , lends them loan and unknowingly hacks crucial personal data of it’s users including their contact list .
The app even threatens the victim to repay the loan whenever the app desires otherwise the victim’s data will be leaked publically .

A resident of Jammu region fell prey to similar fraud when he came across an instant loan lending ad while scrolling through his Instagram. He installed that app , made an account on it and applied for loan , within sometime he received money in his bank account . The laon had to be reapaid within a week as per the app guidelines.
But even before the completion of seven days he started getting messages that read ” repay the loan or else your personal data will be out in the public” , he was taken aback and requested them to give him a period of atleast one month to make the payment ( repay) . When his request was turned down they released his doctored photographs and made them viral.
A complaint is yet to be registered against the fraudsters involved in this cyber fraud.
Meanwhile the netizens are advised to be aware of such cyber frauds and don’t share your personal details without verify the source.
