A total of five shops were robbed by thieves in Narwal area of Jammu in the wee hours of Thursday.

At first the thief entered a medical store and it was third such case of theft in the same store in seven months. After that the thieves entered others shops in the vicinity and stole all the essentials including cash. Locals alleged that same shops are being robbed several times but the local police seems quite lenient with the thieves as no arrests have been made till now .
It is quite surprising that frequent cases of theft are reported every now and then from this area where local police station is just a miles apart. Stern action against the miscreants is expected from police officials at the earliest.
