Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar flagged off a bus, carrying devotees to Mata Kheer Bhawani temple in Ganderbal He says,
“Around 250 devotees are undertaking the yatra today. Adequate security arrangements made. Proper security provided in Kashmir division too.”
