A total of seven candidates from the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh have cleared the UPSC Civil Service Examination 2021, results of which were announced yesterday by the Union Public Service Commission .

Those who qualified are : Parth Gupta from Trikuta Nagar (72), Asrar Ahmad Kichloo from Bhaderwah (287), Shivani Jerngal from Kunjwani, Jammu (300), Dwarka Gadhi of Bishnah (412), Mohd Shabir of Poonch (419) , and Anjeet Singh of Nagni Kahara, Thathri, Doda (530). Anwar Hussain from Kargil , Ladakh secured AIR 600.

Among the qualifiers JK Media interviewed Dwara Gadhi who has secured AIR 412 . He has cracked UPSC exam in his third attempt . He did his schooling from Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School, Jeevan Nagar and graduation from MAM College Jammu.

When asked regarding which sources he used to refer for preparation he said that he followed Vision IAS test series and for his optional paper i .e. Political Science and IR he relied on Shubhra Ranjan Mam’s Test series both these sources greatly helped him during revision.

All the family members were elated and congratulated Dwarka for qualifying the exam with flying colours.
