Martyred Squadron leader Ravi Khanna ‘s wife Shalini Khanna expressed happiness and thanked Indian Judiciary after the separatist leader Yasin Malik was convicted by a special NIA court on May 25.

She said , ” I am highly indebted to the current government and happy with the verdict of honorable NIA court , as per it’s records , as per truth whatever they deemed fit they have given their verdict and we all should respect that “.
Talking about her case she said , ” the hearing of my case is scheduled to be held on July 12 and i am hoping for the best that I’ll be delivered justice through the TADA court”.
In March 2020, the TADA also framed charges against Malik and six others allegedly involved in the killing of four unarmed Indian Air Force (IAF) officials including Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna in 1990 in Kashmir.
