At least two people died after a vehicle fell from the Tawi Bridge in Jammu and Kashmir around midnight, police said on Saturday.

As per police sources, a rashly driven mini-bus plunged into river Tawi, resulting into serious injuries to two persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation with the help of locals and SDRF personnel.
Both the injured persons were rescued and shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, where doctors declared them as brought dead.
The bodies of both the victims have been shifted to mortuary of GMCH Jammu for completion of medical and legal formalities.
Nehru Market Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
