An audio is getting viral on social media where DDC Chairman Kathua Col Mahan Singh (retired) can be heard using derogatory remarks against the people of Basholi area .

This came after the residents of the region have been protesting for quite long against the pathetic road condition in their area . People had also raised slogans against the elected representatives for their failure to get the badly damaged road repaired.
While talking to the media one of the resident said that various schemes are launched by the UT administration but none of it gets implemented on the ground. The road outside the residence of DDC Chairman is well built but the road in our localities continue to lie in ruins .
