Mother and a half-year-old innocent son died on the spot when a car coming from Delhi to Jammu crashed in Sehswan, falling under the Rajbagh police station area of Kathua district. In contrast, another girl, including the father and eight-year-old daughter in the car, was seriously injured. All three are being treated at the Jammu Medical College Hospital. Since getting the information about the incident, there has been mourning in Gangyal. Everyone’s heart is melting due to the mourning of the mother-son and family members.
The incident took place on Thursday morning when Gangyal’s family living in Delhi was returning home from Delhi in a car. Then suddenly, the car got out of control of the driver in Sehaswan, and by the time he could understand something, the car hit a water tank on the side of the highway, due to which the sound of an explosion came. Neighbours ran towards the spot. All the five people were rescued from the crashed car in a bloody unconscious state and immediately rushed to GMC Kathua with the help of the police.
There, a woman Nisha Sharma and her one-and-a-half-year-old son were declared dead by the police, while Varun Sharma, husband of the badly injured woman, his eight-year-old daughter Sunaina and another girl Trisha were given first aid. Since their condition had worsened, all three were referred to the Jammu Medical College Hospital. At the same time, his family members were also informed. All three are now battling for life and death in GMC. At the same time, the dead bodies of mother and son were handed over to the family after post-mortem. When mother and son reached home together, weeds spread all around.
