After a few seconds, as soon as the CISF bus carrying CISF jawans reaches the barricade, then terrorists attack it suddenly. Firing starts immediately after its attack. In the attack by terrorists, ASI SP Patel of Satna district of Madhya Pradesh was sacrificed, while 10 CISF personnel, including two police personnel, were injured.

The terrorists carried out this attack just two days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Jammu. However, in this encounter, the security forces killed both the terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Hearing the sound of gunshots, army personnel patrolling nearby also reached. Police, CRPF and other contingents of CISF also reached the spot.
