Absconder, namely Mohd. Saleem Bhat S/O Ahad Bhat R/O Gund, Banihal was absconding since July 1996 in case FIR no. 123/1994 U/S 4/25 Arms Act of Police Station Udhampur has been arrested by Police party of PS Udhampur.
An arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC was issued by the Hon’ble Court of CJM Udhampur against the accused.
Pertinently, SSP Udhampur Dr Vinod Kumar has constituted a special team headed by Addl. SP Sh. Anwaar Ul Haq traced the absconders under (FRARI KI GIRFTARI), and 15 absconders have been located so far.
