For the first time direct bus service has been initiated from Udhampur area of J&K to New Delhi. The initiative has been happily welcomed by the people of the region who earlier faced problem in taking direct bus to the capital city as they had to first travel down to Jammu from where they used to board the bus to Delhi.
Two buses will ply on the route from Udhampur to Delhi. The inauguration of the bus service was flagged off today at around 4 pm .
