China has installed three mobile towers near Hot Springs in Ladakh, the Councillor of Chushul village in Ladakh has claimed while sharing pictures of the purported towers. Konchok Stanzin said that the towers were installed “very close to Indian territory”, adding, “Isn’t it a concern?…11 villages in my constituency have no 4G facilities.”
