Prominent political and social personalities from Bhaderwah joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of the J&K BJP general secretary (org.) Ashok Koul at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, today.

J&K BJP all Morcha Incharge Munish Sharma and party office secretary Tilak Raj Gupta accompanied the party general Secretary on occasion.
Shagufta Kousar Sarpanch Panchayat Barthi Bhaderwah Assembly Constituency, Saleem Begum, Abdul Rashid, Mohd. Ashraf Butt, Ashu Raza, Imtiyaz Butt and others joined BJP.
Ashok Koul, while welcoming the new entrants, said that they are prominent social and political workers who, along with supporters, have joined BJP. He said that BJP welcomes them with open arms into the family. He further said that BJP is the best platform to serve the nation and society with selfless efforts.
Koul said that today, BJP is the biggest political party, and it serves everybody irrespective of region or religion, which forms the basis of its acceptability. While lauding the decision of new entrants to join the BJP, he said that BJP has a firm view that they will give their best efforts for the development of the region without any prejudice while working for the extension of the party activities in the region.
New entrants said that due to the strong leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, today, everybody is keen to join BJP. They assured the senior party leadership that they would work following the party principles, especially for the region’s common masses.
