A heartbreaking video coming from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh where a Corona positive patient is left on the road for the past 3 days to struggle. The patient is a mechanic by profession and runs a shop. Currently, he has taken shelter at a workstation of a petrol pump. Many ambulances and doctors have been contacted to assist him but no one came. He has not been admitted by any hospital as the hospital staff claims that they have no bed for him. Locals have sealed the area so that no one goes closer to him.

The place where the person has taken shelter is 200 meters away from Raj Bhawan and is less than 500 meters away from the residence of UP CM Yogi Adityanath. Also in the front of the place is the Central Secretariat and Lok Bhawan of UP. Such videos have raised questions about the facilities in the hospitals in UP.
Mother Along With Sisters Gave Shoulder To The Dead Body Of His Soldier Son Who Arrived In Tricolour On Mother’s Day
3 Soldiers from Punjab were martyred during their duty at Siachen glacier after they reeled in the icy storm on 21st January. Out of 3 soldiers, one young soldier named Pargat Singh’s body on Sunday reached its home. While the whole country was celebrating mother’s day the mother of Pragat Singh along with his sisters took the body for the last rites where his father performed the last rites.

While talking to the media his mother said “a few days back he called me and said that I’m fine. I was making preparations for his marriage but now he has left me.” Another family member said, “like Pragat Singh many soldiers have lost their lives for the Country and my request to the Central and state government is that after their death the government should look after their family and should pay tribute to the dead soldiers by naming or school or any establishment after their name.”
Cabinet Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa said “it’s very unfortunate that 2 sisters lost their only brother. He was a soldier from our area and his family will get a compensation of 50 lakh rupees. Also, a family member will get a government job. He will be remembered every year in the village.
Pragat Singh was admitted to an army hospital at Chandigarh. His health was improving but On Saturday his health suddenly started deteriorating and he succumbed to injuries.
No Covid-19 related deaths in THESE states in last 24 hours
Good news: Not even a single person in these states lost their life due to COVID in the last 24 hours. Death rate also decreased.
Good news has come out from 4 states amidst Corona surge in the country. In these four states, no death reported from Corona in the last 24 hours.
Not only this, according to the Union Health Ministry, in 20 states and union territories, the population of 10 lakhs is below the national death average . However, it is higher than the national average in 16 states.These states have not lost their lives in the last 24 hours.
In Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Lakshadweep and Dadar, no one died of corona in the last 24 hours. Now this is a real news of relief.
However, 4092 people lost their lives in the last 24 hours due to the epidemic. 71.75% of the total cases in 10 states.There have been 56578 cases in the last 24 hours in the country.
However, the maximum number of 71.5% cases has been reported in 10 states. At the same time, Maharashtra has the highest number of 56578 cases. While 47563 cases were reported in Karnataka and 41971 in Kerala. So far, 30.22 crore investigations have been done in the country. While the corona infection rate is 21.64%. There are 37 lakh cases active cases in the country so far.
This is just 16.76% of the total cases. National death also decreased.
Death rate in the country is steadily decreasing .It is currently 1.09%. In the last 24 hours, 4092 people have died in the country.
The number of death are increasing as the number of positive cases of corona virus are also increasing. But the deat rate is quite low, which is a sign of relief in this ongoing pandemic.
These states and UTs are doing well in terms of controlling the spread of virus. The administration has taken effective measures and provided proper medical facilities as well. Other states and UTs must check these states and learn from their working, especially where the cases are maximum.
Covid-19 Patient Found Hanging in Hospital
A Covid-19 infected patient was found hanging in a hospital in Talegaon. The incident was reported from Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research hospital (MIMER) in Talegaon.
The 44-year-old patient had been in the hospital since May 1 and was undergoing treatment for Covid-19 infection, according to the police.
“He was in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the past few days. He was found in the storeroom in the hospital. A telephone wire was found around his neck and no note,” said senior police inspector Bhaskar Jadhav of Talegaon Dabhade police station.
The police suspect that the man had died by suicide due to the infection he was suffering from. However, the exact reason could not be ascertained immediately.
The police are verifying whether the man had any financial struggles. He is survived by a wife and two children.
He was found by the hospital staff on Sunday morning and the incident was reported to the local police.
His death was recorded in an accidental death report at Talegaon Dabhade police station.
